AMGH Welcomes Dr. Tamra Steinmann as New Chief of Staff

Alexandra Marine and General Hospital (AMGH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Tamra Steinmann as its new Chief of Staff.
Having served as a family physician in Goderich for over 10 years, Dr. Steinmann is known for her compassionate approach to patient care and her commitment to improving healthcare in our community. As Chief of Staff, she will provide medical leadership, working alongside physicians, hospital leadership, and community partners to support high-quality care, patient safety, and continued excellence in healthcare for the residents of Goderich and surrounding areas.

"Having served as a family physician in this community for the past decade, and previously as President of Medical Staff, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with an exceptional group of physicians, nurses, and staff who care so much about their patients. I look forward to continuing that work in this new role and supporting our teams as we continue delivering high-quality care for our community.”
The hospital also extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Shannon Natuik, who has served as Chief of Staff for the past six years. Throughout her tenure, Dr. Natuik provided exceptional medical leadership during a period marked by significant challenges and change, including the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and continued shifts across the healthcare system.
